History

The St. Nicholas Young Global Leader (NYGL) Program was founded in 2019 as a pre-collegiate summer program with mission to educate Vietnamese and international students and to expose students to global issues, international affairs, government in comparative perspective, and policy leadership.

For Summer 2019, due to student interest in the humanities, NYGL will run 7 main sessions: Asian Studies, History, Humanities and Futurism (HHF), Sustainable Development and Social Economics (SDSE), International Affairs and Globolization (IAG), Frontiers Of Science and Technologies (FST), Applied Science and Engineering (ASE), Politics, Law, & Economics (PLE), along with 24 secondary sessions throughout the summer.
